As a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I partner with women over 40 who are seeking self-directed, lasting changes that align with their values. I help a client identify and mobilize her own strengths and motivation to change. Together we strategize how to not only live a healthy lifestyle but thrive.
CPR INSTRUCTION
In addition to health coaching and personal training, I am also a certified CPR instructor who believes that everyone should know the skill sets to assist or save someone’s life. Most stories that I hear from individuals are about family and friends they wish they could have assisted.
You need no previous experience with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or First Aid. I offer courses in both certification and recertification.
MY PHILOSOPHY
I believe in living a fulfilled and healthy life that includes the following attributes...
Having passion and positivity in your life
Moving every day
Fueling your body with healthy nutrients
Managing the stress that life places upon our bodies
Treating your body with respect and allowing time for recovery
“Working with Kathy has been the best investment in my health and well-being! Not only is Kathy an excellent trainer, she’s an incredible coach. She emphasizes the impact of nutrition on your fitness goals as well as the importance of non-scale victories—two important pillars of health that often fall by the wayside when working on your physical fitness.”

“Since working with Kathy, my body feels better, I sleep better, my stress levels are better, AND she helped me get back into a gym environment that might have made me feel intimidated otherwise. She is a great trainer and teacher who touches lives and makes a difference. I am grateful our paths have crossed.”
— Justine L.
“What I admire most about Kathy is how she is always seeking out new methods to build on her roots, aiming to give clients the most safe and accessible life skills to feel empowered; mind, body and soul. From the moment you meet, Kathy aims to listen and question so she can understand how to best serve you.”
